If you are ready to take the next step, we have a simple and straight-forward process.
Step 1: Call us at 412-432-7909 to book an appointment with Dr. Loya. Once booked, we will send out a detailed health history questionairre. We ask that you return the completed questionairre AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment along with any pertinent information (e.g. lab results). Step 2: At your first appointment you will spend between 2 - 3 hours at our facility. The first hour is with Dr. Loya where she will conduct a full examination as well as review your case in detail. At this visit she may order additional lab testing if necessary. Afterwards you will receive an IV to jump start your recovery. Dr. Loya may prescribe supplements and/or medications at this visit.
Step 3: Upon completion and receipt of you lab results (if applicable) we will schedule your second visit (approximately 3 - 4 weeks after your initial visit). You will spend 2 - 3 hours at our facility. The first hour is spent with Dr. Loya reviewing your lab results as well as customizing your treatment program. Dr. Loya may provide you with prescriptions and additional supplement recommendations at this visit. Afterwards you will receive an additional IV. Moving forward you will visit us on an as-needed basis. We gear your treatment toward those parts of the program that achieve results.
COSTS: There are no annual contracts. Our program is on a pay-as-you-go basis. For new patients, a credit card is needed to reserve an appointment. A $75 fee will apply for no-shows or for rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment.
Subsequent follow up appointments with Dr. Loya: $190 per visit.
IVs: $145/each (a patient can continue to receive IVs without seeing Dr. Loya).
Trigger Point Injections: $95 per session.
Energy Boosting Injections (in office): $35 per session.
Home Energy Injection Kits: $235 per kit.
Immunoglobulin Injections: $100 - $200 per session.
While some testing and prescriptions may be covered by insurance Dr. Loya does not participate with any insurance programs; however at time of service we provide you with an itemized invoice that includes insurance claim codes for possible reimbursement by the insurance company to the patient. Medicare and Tricare patients: Dr. Loya has opted out of all Medicare and Tricare programs. Patients are not permitted to submit claims to any Medicare and/or Tricare program for reimbursement.
